LearningTeam.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company providing AI-driven training, certification, and compliance solutions. Pit-A-Pal™ is our proprietary training application designed to deliver digital learning and certification tools.

All content, materials, software, algorithms, workflows, branding, training modules, course structures, assessments, and compliance frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of LearningTeam.ai.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use LearningTeam.ai and Pit-A-Pal™ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may:

Access the Platform for personal or authorized company training use.
Use purchased certifications in accordance with OSHA and applicable compliance requirements.
Share completion certificates only as permitted for employment or compliance verification.

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.
Use automation, scraping tools, bots, or AI to extract course materials.
Falsify certification records or training completion data.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, LearningTeam.ai owns all intellectual property rights for all materials on LearningTeam.ai and within Pit-A-Pal™.

This includes but is not limited to:

Training content
Course modules
Assessments
AI personalization systems
Compliance tracking systems
Logos, trademarks, and brand identity
Software architecture

Pit-A-Pal™ is a trademark of LearningTeam.ai.

All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Civil penalties
Statutory copyright damages (up to $150,000 per violation under U.S. law)
Injunctive relief
Recovery of legal fees and enforcement costs

4. Certification Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Users agree that:

All test answers must represent their own work.
Identity used for certification must be accurate.
Certifications may not be transferred or reassigned.

If LearningTeam.ai determines that a user has:

Falsified identity
Manipulated testing procedures
Used unauthorized assistance
Attempted to bypass compliance tracking

We reserve the right to:

Revoke certification
Report violations to employers
Report violations to regulatory authorities if applicable
Permanently ban the user from the Platform
Pursue legal damages for fraud or misrepresentation

5. User Comments & Submissions

Where users may post comments or content:

Comments reflect the views of the individual user.
LearningTeam.ai is not responsible for user-generated content.
We reserve the right to remove any content deemed unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

By posting content, you grant LearningTeam.ai a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit such content.

Is not deceptive
Does not imply endorsement
Does not damage our reputation

No use of our logo, trademark, or branding is permitted without written authorization.

9. Content Liability

We are not responsible for third-party content that links to or references LearningTeam.ai.

You agree to indemnify and defend LearningTeam.ai against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LearningTeam.ai and Pit-A-Pal™ are provided “as is.”

Error-free operation
That certifications meet specific employer standards beyond stated compliance scope

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearningTeam.ai disclaims all warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LearningTeam.ai shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Employment disputes related to certification

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

12. Amendments

LearningTeam.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which LearningTeam.ai is registered.
